{"id":87,"date":"2006-04-18T22:40:00","date_gmt":"2006-04-19T05:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ilias.ca\/blog\/?p=87"},"modified":"2008-09-06T22:28:13","modified_gmt":"2008-09-07T02:28:13","slug":"removing-remove-all","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ilias.ca\/blog\/2006\/04\/removing-remove-all\/","title":{"rendered":"Removing &#8216;Remove All&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a question: Using any of Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, the Mozilla Suite, or Netscape, have you ever purposely clicked on the &#8216;Remove All&#8217; button, in the password manager?<\/p>\n<p>Follow up question: Have you ever clicked on it by accident?<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on it by accident, is easy, when it sits right beside &#8216;Remove&#8217; button. Luckily, the closest I&#8217;ve come to that, is removing all cookies, not passwords. The scary part is that there is no &#8220;<em>Are you sure<\/em>&#8221; prompt, asking for confirmation. One accidental click, and &#8216;poof&#8217;, data is gone.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been able to avoid this by removing the &#8216;Remove All&#8217; button.
