{"id":32,"date":"2005-07-21T14:27:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-21T21:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ilias.ca\/blog\/?p=32"},"modified":"2019-03-18T20:29:00","modified_gmt":"2019-03-19T00:29:00","slug":"getting-spellbound-to-work-with-deer-park-firefox-trunk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ilias.ca\/blog\/2005\/07\/getting-spellbound-to-work-with-deer-park-firefox-trunk\/","title":{"rendered":"Getting Spellbound to work with Deer Park (Firefox trunk)."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.ilias.ca\/Firefox-32x32.png\" alt=\"\"\/><br \/>\nAny <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mozilla.org\/projects\/deerpark\/alpha2.html\">Deer Park<\/a> (Firefox trunk) users, who like to use the <a title=\"Browser spellchecker\" href=\"http:\/\/spellbound.sourceforge.net\/\">SpellBound extension<\/a>, will probably have noticed that SpellBound does not work on Deer Park Alpha 2, and the latest nightlies.<\/p>\n<p>To fix it, you need to download and install (or unzip) the <a href=\"ftp:\/\/ftp.mozilla.org\/pub\/mozilla.org\/thunderbird\/nightly\/latest-trunk\/\">latest Thunderbird trunk<\/a> build.<br \/>\n&#8211; in Deer Park, disable the SpellBound extension<br \/>\n&#8211; close Deer Park<br \/>\n&#8211; in the Thunderbird program folder, go into the <em>\\components\\<\/em> folder, and copy the files: <strong>myspell.dll<\/strong> and <strong>spellchk.dll<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; paste them into the <em>\\components\\<\/em> folder of your Deer Park program folder<br \/>\n&#8211; start Deer Park, and enable the SpellBound extension<\/p>\n<p>You should have to restart Deer Park, and you&#8217;re done! <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle\" src=\"https:\/\/images.ilias.ca\/smile_n.gif\" alt=\"-)\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any Deer Park (Firefox trunk) users, who like to use the SpellBound extension, will probably have noticed that SpellBound does not work on Deer Park Alpha 2, and the latest nightlies.
