So what if you have so many tabs, that all tabs at the minimum width won&#8217;t fit in the window? That&#8217;s when people notice that Firefox2 adds scroll arrows on each side of the tab bar.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 459px; height: 25px;\" src=\"https:\/\/images.ilias.ca\/fx2-tabscroll.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>But what about those who prefer the old behaviour? You can revert it to the old Firefox behaviour, by entering <strong>about:config<\/strong> in the address bar. In the resulting page, search for the preference <var style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #333399\">browser.tabs.tabMinWidth<\/var>. Double-click on it, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mozilla.org\/support\/firefox\/edit#aboutconfig\">set the value<\/a> to <var style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #333399\">0<\/var>. Then search for the preference <var style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #333399\">browser.tabs.tabClipWidth<\/var>. Double-click on it, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mozilla.org\/support\/firefox\/edit#aboutconfig\">set the value<\/a> to <var style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #333399\">0<\/var>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the changes in Firefox2 is that there is a limit on how small a tab can be.
