How to post to mozilla.test.multimedia

In order for binary filtering to be lifted from the mozilla.test.multimedia newsgroup, Giganews requested that it be a moderated group (posts require approval before making it to the newsgroup). Thanks to David Miller, he was able to rig it, so the mailing list acted as the newsgroup moderator, and I (Chris Ilias) would be the mailing list moderator. For more info, see Bug 322974.

If you don't want your posts to require moderator approval, you can either:

To add yourself to the mailing list, go to https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/test-multimedia.
Under Subscribing to test-multimedia, enter your (valid) email address, and a password, and click on the Subscribe button. A confirmation request will be emailed to the address you gave.

Once you've confirmed your subscription, go to https://lists.mozilla.org/options/test-multimedia, and log in.

You can turn off mail delivery, under Your test-multimedia Subscription Options, and set the first option, which is Mail delivery, to Disabled.

If you're a mailing list subscriber, your posting address must be the same as the address you subscribed to the list.
