Calendar extension for SeaMonkey

While the Calendar extension has been officially discontinued, Howard Chu has been maintaining a private set of patches to keep it working in SeaMonkey. He has uploaded the extension for SeaMonkey 1.x to his website, and notes that these will probably not work in version 1.5 builds.

    I’ve also uploaded a Linux build for Seamonkey 1.5.

    I haven’t built for later Windows versions because I’ve lost track of which version of MSVC is required…
