The mozilla.org ettiquette page has a few discouraging words about using html, though, and I'm hoping to convince you to add a little note to that effect in your faq. Also, do you know if there are any plans eventually to rmgroup the netscape.public* groups currently on a lot of Usenet servers? ISTM as long as a lot of servers still carry them, users will be confused about their support group options.
